Another Fab experience .... Thank you to my Stylist Crystal for another great experience topped off with greetings from Jeanne. Great crew today. Saw they are working 4th July....close and let a great team like the Westview group have a fun day off!

Horrible service! We put our names in online and said approximately 20 minute wait. Once we got there we had to wait and additional 45 minutes. Once we were on deck, the next stylist called someone three spots below us that was also waiting for the first available stylist. When we questioned her, she said she didn’t want his son waiting longer yet we had three kids with us.

After being told they would get to me my stylist kept taking people over me. I could have ran other errands. This happens a lot. I will never go there again. Great clips has better stylists anyway and no long waits and lie about it so you won’t leave like many I saw today!
