"Online check in is a joke. When I called and asked for an appointment, they pointed me to the online system. Online it showed no wait timewise. However, when I got to the shop, they projected a 27 minute wait. The barber cut my hair, and when I went to pay, she leaned over the machine to see how much I was going to tip her. Very unprofessional. Later I noticed there was a cut on my head which had to come from the clippers. I will never come here again."

"Great service, great cut, horrible wait times. Website says 7 mins this means 30. App says 10 mins this means 35. They need more stylist especially on weekends. No ETA more then 10-15."

"I've been coming here for a little over year now, and i have to say it. Alli is the only person i trust with my hair. Legit the best skin fade you will ever get. she not only cuts hair great she takes her time to help you with your hair and give you pis and tricks to style and maintain it. I go here at least once a week sometimes every other just to stay fresh. Alli is a great barber and the building as a whole seems to work great together!!"

"Great place to get a haircut! Reading through other reviews, it looks like some people didn't do well when the franchise went to the new online check in system. It is a great system that doesn't have you wasting time in their waiting area. As with any barbershop, you will have to try a couple barbers until you find the right one for you. We have a couple that my son and I like. Of course, there are a couple that we will not let cut our hair. Most of the staff is very friendly."

"Came here for the first time. Usually I go to a local barbershop but was desperately in need of a haircut, and running my short on time. Came in, waited for maybe 5 mins, and was very satisfied and surprised but the quality of the cut. Definitely would come back!"

"My 4 boys and I have been getting our hair cut here for years. They do a great job. I personally have Alli cut my hair. You won’t get a better skin fade anywhere. She is super friendly and eager to please. Do yourself a favor and ask for her!!!"
